Delivery times

Orders are packed within 1 business day of being received. The Courier Guy typically collects later the same day or the following morning. From there, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Local (Strand-area) deliveries can sometimes arrive the same day.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat rate of R150, regardless of order size. Orders over R850 qualify for free shipping.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a WhatsApp and/or email notification with your tracking number.

Local pickup

If you're in the Strand area, you can select local pickup at checkout at no charge. We'll be in touch to arrange a collection time.

Custom & made-to-order pieces

Please note that production time for custom pieces is separate from delivery time — see our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy for details on how custom orders are quoted and scheduled. Once your custom piece is complete, standard shipping times and rates apply.
